I’m the founder of Healing Bodies Healing Souls, a Life Coach & Mentor for High Performers, Energy Healing Specialist, and Published Author with 35+ years of experience.
I work with people who know how to achieve, lead, and keep going—but may feel exhausted, disconnected, or caught in the same patterns in their personal lives. My work brings together direct coaching, hypnotherapy, intuitive guidance, and energy healing to help you build confidence, communicate more clearly, and create relationships that feel more honest and connected. I listen deeply, speak plainly, and go to the root of what keeps repeating.
I didn’t grow up knowing how to trust myself. For a long time, the walls I built helped me survive, but they also kept me from feeling fully alive. When my daughters were young, I chose to do the inner work so they could see another way to live. That journey still shapes how I guide others: with compassion, truth, and a belief that change is possible.
I call this becoming a Sovereign Soul—hearing your own voice beneath everyone else’s expectations and becoming free to create a life no longer limited by the consciousness of others.
I’m a small-town country girl, a mother of two adult daughters, and a student of life. I live what I teach. I’ll stand beside you as you find your footing, until you can stand tall on your own.
